It is very important to be concern about the world that you live in. from this project I learn a lot of thing and the most important thing is that we should care about our planet and the environment and never ignore it. We should consider that the earth is been threaten by the global warming! I learn the main causes of the global warming and it is the greenhouses, pollution and population. I learn also the effects of it like: rising of sea levels, ice melting and the increasing of the temperature. I read some articles about UAE and global warming and I see that UAE is concerned about the environment. In the end search about things that we could do to help the environment, they are very simple and useful in the same time.

There are a lot of people that want to help in living in a good environment, but they don’t know how! Actually it is very simple some little behaviors can make a difference. First we could begin with walking or using a bicycle instead of car in the short distance. Second we could reduce using the AC all the time it is true that UAE is very hot but some time we can unused it some times. We can also reduce the amount of using the electricity by switching off all electrical things that we don’t use. Recycling is very important for helping the environment so we can but the waste that could be recycled in the recycling boxes. Finally I think the most important thing is always consider the environment in every job we do and keep the environment clean.

An article in Gulf news talk about how can people in UAE effective in saving the environment on Earth day, actually we can do some of these suggestion in our daily life especially that it is so easy to do. One thing that we can do is going to a near shop by walking or by car but it will be less distance. Other thing to help the environment is turning off the car engine when it is parked. We can buy products with less packing and taking home less plastic bags from the super market. Many UAE families have more than one car they can reduce the number of cars they had by sharing their cars or buy larger one. We can also use the kind of light that is less harm of the environment and use the electricity properly. If we think and consider our environment we will find that there is a lot of thing that we can do for our environment and we should know that every one can make a difference!

Msnbc website wrote an article about UAE and its Energy consumption that beatsUSA in harming the environment. It is right that UAE is doing a lot of projects and developments especially Dubai and that harm the environment, but UAE is now making some strategies to save the environment and work hard in the global warming issue.

The article talk about how people are using the Air conditioner and it did also mentioned that that it is almost 120 degrees outside so it is very hard not using air conditioner with a desert environment.

Anther point with mutable nationalities in UAE it is hard to educate all of them in a short time, so the country needs the time and big advertising campaign to educate people of how to save the environment individually, in the other hand the UAE companies must consider and put the environment at first when they work in  their big projects.

In my opinion UAE is trying hard to save the environment even if it is consuming a lot of energy because of the very fast development that UAE has gone through in the last decades, but UAE is  learning from the mistakes and try to correct it.  

Rising sea level affects especially the islands and coast villages. Rising of sea levels is a product from global warming that happens because of the rising temperature that leads to rising in water temperature and ice melting. In Bangladesh that lies in Asia there is 140 million people that suffer from the poverty and the floods of the rivers and they are now effected by increasing of sea levels, already million of people has lost there homes and lands along rivers even in dryer seasons, one meter of sea levels is generally and will make more than 15% of Bangladesh homeless. This huge problem are affecting many people in many places near the oceans if did not move many people will lose their homes and lands.

The global warming Phenomenon has many effects on our earth. Actually we heard about them almost every day! I will mention now some of the effects. One effect is on the weather the global warming lead to the increase on temperature, evaporation and climates change. The climate change is very dangerous for people who live near the ocean who are suffering from flooding and poverty.  Its also effect the oceans by increasing the sea levels and temperature. The global warming phenomenon is lead to appearance of some diseases. Other affect can be seen on the extinction for parts of earth biodiversity. The snow melt is one of the obvious affects of the global warming and it is cause more dramatic water storage in American west. The woods, farms and cites are facing new pests and more mosquito-borne diseases. The forest has also a lot of fires than before and the deserts are expanding. These are some of the affect that we are dealing with it; although the government is make big efforts for correcting these problems. The major problem which it is global warming is really needs the most efforts and hard works to deal with.
